Thank you for considering the Waco Convention Center for your event!

This is a request to check date availability in the Waco Convention Center. Please fill out this form and click on the “submit” button. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. Often we must check on the status of events already in the building for the dates you request, or we have other events going on that consume our attention.

Sending us this form does not guarantee that you will be able to book your event with us and is only the first step toward a successful event at the Waco Convention Center. If it has been over 24 hours and you have not yet heard back from us, please call us during normal business hours at  (254) 750-5810.

  • Please note that per our current Booking Policy – Social and Local Events may not contract a date until it is at least 6 months out from the date of the event.
