Note: Per City of Waco fee schedule, normal prices apply for room rental and equipment. This form should only be used by departments of the City of Waco. We will contact you if your requested date is not available or if there is a question about your order. If you do not hear back from us, please email us at info@wacocc.com

Please note: Meetings booked fewer than 7 days in advance may not be able to be accommodated.

Catering: Please choose from our list of outside caterers at wacocc.com/approved-caterers/.

At this time, limited catering is available upon a case by case basis from the Waco Convention Center catering department. Please contact the WCC Catering Dept. at (254) 750-5810 and ask for Jennifer Batey, or email jenniferb@wacotx.gov.
