Note: Normal prices apply for hard costs such as food and beverage, but room rental is waived for city departments. This form should only be used by departments of the City of Waco.

Catering: Please choose from the list of approved outside caterers. Jennifer Batey, Director of Food and Beverage, will coordinate any catering needs for your event. Her email is JBatey@ASMwaco.com.
