In-House Catering Form

Catering events require your signature on a banquet event order confirming your guarantee and food/beverages desired, no later than seven days prior to the event. To confirm catering needs or ask a question, call Raymond Long at 254-750-5829 or email raymondl@wacotx.gov. Charges for your food and beverage order will be added to your master bill. If you wish to pay separately, please call us. Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders. If you are tax exempt, please fax your tax exempt certificate to us at (254) 750-5801 prior to the event.
